This is the first feature film
script
I write, and I’m very excited about making it
into my first movie. The starting point was an
anecdote of two people who meet at a tollbooth
during New Year’s Eve. Based on that anecdote,
I took it to a three-chapter structure,
maintaining a unity of action, space and
time,
and developed the two other episodes.
I finally found a story that identifies and
moves
me,
and that I believe has enough
visual
potential to be made into a movie. A simple
story that aims to tell the journey of three
characters who wander through an alien and
weary late-night world searching for the love
they so desperately need.
“Una
noche sin luna”
is a story I’m very passionate about, and
which I want to tell, supported by a team that
I know is as excited as
me
with the prospect of making it into a movie.
